Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! All of our products are available for worldwide shipping. We ship almost anywhere in the world. Make sure to enter all your details correctly when checking out.

Can I pay with non UK currency?
Yes! We accept payments from all major currencies. Prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) but are later converted through Paypal.

Which payment methods are accepted?
All of our orders and payments are processed through Paypal, however you do not need a Paypal account to order: The checkout accepts all major cards.

How long after ordering will my product arrive?

As we are only a small company it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your order as everything is made on demand. Delivery times for international orders may take slightly longer.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour. What can I do?

If you have made an error with your order and it has not yet been marked as dispatched, please email us (using the contact page) as soon as possible with your order number, details and the changes you'd like made and we will resolve the issue ASAP.

I've accidentally ordered an item. Help?
Don't worry! Email us quickly, and providing your order has not already been dispatched we will be able to fix and refund this for you!

If your order has already been shipped when the error is noticed, please email us and we will arrange an exchange.

I would like to return / exchange my order

If you would like to return an order please email us (using the contact page) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure the email is subjected 'ORDER RETURN.' In the email please state your order number and the reason for returning the item.

Items can only be returned if unworn, undamaged and still in the original packaging. We do not refund postage prices. We will not pay for return postage, and request that you send the item back through tracked posting. If we do not receive your item/s we will not be able to offer a refund.

Please do not send your items until you have received an email back from us.

What are the washing instructions for the products?

We recommend washing all of our clothing turned inside out and on a low temperature. It is also recommended that the products are ironed inside out to prevent any damage to the front printing.

* Do not iron over print.

We do not accept returns on items which have been damaged during the ironing process.

It's been ages and I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you have already received your dispatch email and have not received your products within a week (or three for international orders) please check the following:

Have you received an order confirmation and dispatch email?

Did you receive both an order confirmation email and an email confirming your order has been dispatched?

If you have both these emails, is the delivery address correct? 

Have you received an email telling you that your order has been cancelled? (Could this be hiding in your SPAM folder?).

If you’ve checked all the above and still believe your order is late, please drop us an email through our contact page with ‘Where’s my order?’ as the subject and we'll reply to you ASAP!
